Members choose the way they utilize the Clubhouse, and the staff with whom they work. There are no agreements, contracts, schedules, or rules intended to enforce participation of members. Welcome in Clubhouse embraces, promotes and protects the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all that we do. We are committed to provide a safe, affirming environments for all 

welcome in club members.

  The Welcome In Clubhouse is committed to being totally transparent about our day to day operations. Operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed by our leadership and membership and as well are accountable to each other and the community which we operate in. It’s a vital part of the clubhouse & our relationships sustainability within our community.

 Must be personable enough for others to follow their lead, and they must have the critical thinking skills to know the best way to use the resources at our organization's disposal. They build consensus through participation, create emotional bonds and harmony, Trustworthiness, Collaboration and Empowerment these are guidelines in what we believe our leadership  must encourage  in each other; sharing of goals and outcomes for the good of our members, their families and our Clubhouse.
